Carl Sandburg Music Boosters, Inc. operates to promote and encourage the development of musical talent and skills in students at Carl Sandburg High School who are enrolled in music classes and ensembles. We provide financial and logistical support for competitive, education and enrichment activities. The Boosters also encourage parental involvement in the support of the music students and musical programs at CSHS. The Boosters provide: social activities for the benefit and enjoyment of music students and their families; provide a means for recognition of the efforts and accomplishment of music students; encourage community awareness of the needs of the musical programs at CSHS and involvement in meeting such needs; encourage and promote communication and cooperation between the administration of Sandburg HS, the staff of the school, the parents of the students, the students and the Directors of the various musical organizations within the school.
We welcome new volunteers to join us at any time and greatly appreciate your interest.
