The CSHSMusicBoosters yearly family membership fee is only $10.00. You can join at any time this fall at all Music Events & Music Booster monthly meetings! The deadline to join is January 31, 2018. Either cash or check payable to CSHSMusicBoosters is acceptable.
To stay eligible for Camp and/or Senior Scholarships, every student must participate in the Fundraiser AND each family must purchase a Booster Membership EACH YEAR.
Did you forget to participate in the required fundraiser each year or purchase the family booster membership? Are you concerned about your students’ eligibility for Camp/Senior Scholarships? We have the solution for you – MEMBERSHIP AMNESTY!! From October 15 through November 15, 2017. You can now catch up and still be eligible for future scholarships!

The 2018-19 Carl Sandburg Music Boosters Fall Fundraiser is POPCORN SALES!
Who: All Music Families with a student(s) in Band, Choir, Color Guard, and Orchestra are asked to sell at least TWO (2) cases of popcorn.
Why: Fundraising efforts help bridge the gap between budgeted funds and what is needed for a quality music program and experience. Senior and Summer Camp Scholarship eligibility is based on annual membership, parental volunteering at major events and participation in annual fundraising. This criteria must be met each year your student is in music to be eligible for these scholarship opportunities.
What: Cases of popcorn are $60 each with 30 packs of popcorn per case. Selling two (2) cases meets the fundraising obligation for scholarship eligibility. If you have more than one student in the CSHS Music program, your fundraising obligation is to sell three (3) cases of popcorn to meet the multi-child obligation for fundraising. BUYOUT: A $100 buyout option is available for families who would rather not participate in the popcorn fundraiser. The $100 buyout fulfills your family fundraising obligation for the 2018-19 school year.
When: All fundraising should be complete by December 8.
How: Send in $120 (for two cases) for one student or $180 (for three cases) for two or more students and receive popcorn to sell for $2 per bag and reimburse yourself for initial obligation once sold. Additional cases will be available for families choosing to sell more to designate to their trip or private lesson accounts.
